Michael Kruse

We are so pleased to have Chef Michael from Sweeney’s back with us for a class on seafood. Executive Chef Michael Kruse is a veteran chef who honed his craft at a number of Dayton area country clubs. He welcomes you to come and visit his restaurant. When you do, be sure to check out the 5 large aquariums in the restaurant – just don’t bring your fishing pole!
