Chef Chuck Lipp is the Chief Operating Office of Dewey’s Pizza, and a University of Dayton graduate. He is responsible for creating the recipes and developing the menus for the restaurants. Chuck has 19 years experience in the restaurant business, having held the position of Chef at Orchids at the Omni Netherlands Plaza. He previously served as the Regional Manager and the Corporate Executive Chef for Redfish Restaurants and Bamboo Club restaurants. Dewey’s Pizza, which operates over 20 restaurants in Cincinnati, Columbus, Dayton, Cleveland and St. Louis and Kansas City, Missouri.
