Jonathan Kouse

Jonathan has a passion for food and he has enjoyed specializing in Portuguese Azorean ingredients and cooking for the last 15 years after meeting my wife of Azorean descent. He started as a Bar owner to kitchen manager for corporate restaurant chains including j. Alexanders, then to Corporate Training Chef to Chef at privately owned restaurants, catering services, and Hotel/Banquet Chef. Also enjoy Chef Consulting helping others in the industry and sharing what I’ve learned over the years. He is currently the Executive Chef at Urbana Country Club in Urbana, OH.
