Mark Khudyak is one of those chefs that will fit in anywhere and turn out really creative foods. He has some mad chef skills and a nice teaching skill that fits in well here at Cooks’Wares. Previously with the Tavern Group, Bonefish and most recently with the Bell Event Center, Mark has seen it all. While deciding his next venture, he found some time to teach a class or two. What a welcome addition back to our staff!
