Chef Julie is passionate about delicious, healthy food. Growing up in a “foodie” household, she has many fond memories of eating the most perfect, farm fresh tomatoes and corn from her great Uncle Nelson’s farm in Williamsburg, Ohio. Julie’s parents are avid food and wine enthusiasts, and dining out in Cincinnati’s best restaurants, and learning about wine was her parent’s favorite hobby. They eventually passed on this love of food and wine to Julie.
In her professional career as an acclaimed Cincinnati restaurateur and chef of Aioli and Nectar restaurants, she promoted seasonal and local sourcing before it became popular.
Julie was drawn to start her personal chef business after seeing the enjoyment that families and individuals experienced with her in home cooking, and how providing delicious, healthy food made people happy, and let them relax at home.
