Born in Mississippi and first schooled in the culinary arts in New Orleans, Marilyn Harris has studied at the Cordon Bleu School in London, at La Varenne and Bistro d’Hubert academies in Paris, and with numerous chefs in Lyon. She has also been at 55KRC with her Saturday radio show (1-4pm) for many years. Most people tune in to hear great recipes and discussion as well as pick up on some of her favorite restaurants in the city. Take a listen some coming weekend.
