The Shops at Harper's Point
This is an encore presentation of one of Kathy’s most popular classes. Follow her through the basic chemistry of combining yeast, flour, water and salt. Once this is mastered, you will be producing beautiful and tasty breads. You will be working with various mixing and shaping techniques as well as baking methods for perfect French bread. Your confidence will grow as you shape your own loaves and taste the results of your efforts. You will also take some dough home to bake in your own oven.
PLEASE BRING AN APRON, A MEDIUM-SIZED BOWL AND TWO PAPER BAGS.
