The Shops at Harper's Point


The Tavern Restaurant Group (Nicholson’s, deSha’s and The Pub), has locations in Kentucky, Ohio, Tennessee, Georgia and Florida. Chef Paul Dagenbach is a pretty busy guy as their corporate Executive Chef.  Paul has taught many classes with us over the years and has been a fan favorite as well.  We are very pleased to have Chef Paul back with us for one evening which we hope will be a memorable one for everyone.

Let’s see if you can turn this into a nice date night activity for you and your sweetheart.  There is nothing better than calling a baby sitter and relaxing as Paul demonstrates how to create this astounding menu.

Soup:  Asparagus Brie Soup with Garlic Croutons

Appetizer:  Crab Stuffed Mushrooms

Salad:  Mixed Greens, Kalamata Olives, Grapes, Marcona Almonds, and Shaved Manchego Cheese with White Balsamic Dressing

Entrée:  Beef Tenderloin with Angel Hair Potatoes, Shallot Red Wine Sauce

Dessert:  Chocolate Pot De Crème
