Roll Your Own: Hands-On Sushi Class

Cooks’Wares welcomes back Holly Bader, who lived in Japan for many years, for another hands-on sushi class.  While living abroad, Holly learned to cook many Japanese dishes.  Today she will share with us the proper cooking of the rice, the right tools to use, and the correct techniques for making various types of sushi.  Learn the differences between sushi, sashimi, maki and nigiri.

Whether you want to make sushi for yourself or to entertain your guests at a sushi party, let Holly help you create your own sushi using a wide variety of ingredients.
