dutch-babiesIt’s breakfast time again; what to make?  You know you have a craving for those great Dutch Baby pancakes at you-know-where, but the thought of making them yourself never crossed your mind, did it?  In this class, we have brought together three of the greatest breakfast items and we’ll show you how easy it is for you to be the king or queen of breakfast.  A Dutch baby pancake, sometimes called a German pancake, a Bismarck, or a Dutch puff, is a sweet popover that is normally served for breakfast. It is derived from the German Pfannkuchen.  We’re going to go a little savory with this one and show you some ways to make it a full-on breakfast dish.  Pancakes are the universal go-to breakfast dish for Dad on a weekend.  We’ll crank it up a little and show you some interesting things you may not have tried.  Waffles, again one of those things that you can get at you-know-where…we’ll show you exactly how to make them taste great!

We’ll bake up some bacon (best way to cook bacon for a crowd) to get you in the breakfast spirit and then start into these savory and sweet treats. You will not leave hungry – promise.
