Dana Adkins is currently making some righteous BBQ at Eli’s BBQ.  The popular Cincinnati barbecue joint is getting some national attention and was ranked No. 3 on Business Insider’s list of the nation’s best barbecue restaurants.  That’s NATION folks.  Wow.  Dana was previously the kitchen manager at The Eagle – another fabulous restaurant in OTR.  We are very fortunate that Dana will bring a little of each into his class tonight – a marriage of the two, if you will.  You will want to visit both places after you get a sampling of these dishes.

Dana Adkins has been an instructor here for many years.  He has embraced the BBQ spirit like a true aficionado.  Tonight, Dana will demonstrate some of the classic flavors that make dining in the OTR so great.
