Chef Sean Schmidt has pursued his culinary career as the Executive Chef for Chef’s Choice Catering, Chef at Kingfish Grill in Symmes Township, and Executive Chef at Parker’s Blue Ash Grill.  Now Executive Chef for Kroger, Sean’s focus is on the Bistro in the new Kenwood Kroger Marketplace.  Through training chefs, Sean has developed a teaching style that is easy to follow for both newer and more advanced cooks.
