Kathy Baker, an expert in Chinese cuisine, trained under Winnie Tuan, the noted San Francisco teacher, author and restaurateur. After four years of study, Kathy began teaching classes in 1979 at local establishments. Focusing on the regional cuisines, Kathy provides special emphasis on the techniques, ingredients and cultures of China. Kathy‘s classes are informative as well as fun and you will be on your way to cooking Chinese like a pro!
