Seafood expert Jeff Simmons has been the owner/operator of the Seafood Station in Loveland, Ohio, for 11 years. Jeff has had a lifelong interest in cooking and a passion for seafood, and opened a seafood market. He buys directly from regional distributors to provide the freshest product to his customers. He possesses a wealth of information about the wide variety of fish and seafood now available and is always willing to share ways to prepare and present it.
