Bill Schroeder, former owner and chef of Wild Bill’s in Lebanon, Ohio for six years, boasts a fresh from scratch approach to food preparation. He is currently working for the Kroger Co. training to become an Executive Chef for one of their new Fresh Fare stores. Bill, however, still loves to share his secrets of preparing and seasoning Ohio’s best Cajun cuisine.
