Pastry Chef Angela Columbus has been working in the baking industry close to 30 years.  Born and raised in Cincinnati, a graduate of the Scarlet Oaks Commercial Baking and Food Chemistry program, Angela has worked at various bakeries around town.  Owner of a pastry shop, Torta for 10 years, Angela is presently working at the Bonbonerie, delighting sweet tooths citywide!
