Okay, you asked for it! You’ll don your apron and roll up your sleeves for this instructional Chocolate Dipping class, hosted by Cooks’Wares and taught by Lisa Cooper Holmes from Haute Chocolate. Lisa will help you take a dip in Milk, White, and Dark Chocolates. Remember to bring your appetite for chocolate, and your enthusiasm for perfecting your personal ‘dipping’ technique1 practice makes perfect, and there’s nothin’ wrong with eatin’ those mistakes on the road to ‘perfection’, This class will be lots of chocolate fun and have lots of “Chocolatitude’!
