Cincinnati native CHEF MARK KHUDYAK, a graduate of the Pennsylvania Culinary Institute, began in the kitchens at 20 Mile House at age 15. After college, Mark came home to Cincinnati and a position at Highland Country Club in Ft. Thomas, KY. He then returned to the 20 Mile House to take on the role of Assistant Chef. Mark has gained experience in the fine dining atmosphere working for Chef Michelle Brown at Jag’s and Chef Paul Sturkey at Mesh in West Chester. Cooks’Wares is delighted to have Mark at nearby deSha’s where he continues to delight diners with his love for fabulous food.
