JOE WESTFALL has worked on staff at Cooks’Wares since 1997. He has always had a love for cooking and has observed literally hundreds of cooking classes at Cooks’Wares. He has taught cooking classes for Cincinnati Hebrew High School, and e are happy to have him teach at Cooks’Wares. Joe’s theme for this class: tradition updated to wake up modern palates.
