“Romantic Chocolate Dinner"
with Lisa Cooper-Holmes Queen and Proprietor of Haute Chocolate

Okay, so Lisa Cooper Holmes and her team of confectioners at Haute believe that every day should be Valentine’s Day. This menu, designed and prepared especially for you, will delight the most enthusiastic lovers of chocolate and food, because every course will feature that magical component - chocolate.

Chocolate

Starters: Chocolate dipped and detailed French
and Italian cheeses

Salad: Romaine, Arugula, and Fresh Raspberry Salad with
Chocolate Nibs, Bitttersweet Chocolate and Asiago
shavings, finished with a Raspberry Vinaigrette

Entreé: Garden Marinara with Spinach, Roasted Chicken, Lemon Pepper Pasta, Parmigiana Reggiano, with a Semisweet Chocolate flourish

Dessert:: Pizzelles with Crème Fraîche, Fresh Berries, and
Ganache Fudge Sauce
Lisa’s Mini Brownie Bundts with Whipped Crème and Raspberry Coulis Plating of three Select Chocolate Mini Truffles

and more Chocolate Surprises for everyone attending this special evening.
