The knife is the most used tool in the kitchen. And the most useful, if you know how to use it! Wüsthof Cutlery Expert Ed Bartush, Courtney Rathweg, and Cooks’Wares Culinary Program Director Joe Westfall are teaming up to teach you how to use and care for knives. They will emphasize techniques that are safe, efficient, easier on your hand and wrist, and produce attractive results. Hands-on participation will be required as students use an array of knives to chop, carve, cut, and garnish.
