"It's 'In the Bag' Harvest"
with Ilene Ross
(also see Sep 10th and Nov 20th classes in this series)

Tuesday, October 30, 2012
6:30 - 9:00pm at Harper's Point

Our It’s ‘In the Bag’ classes honor nature’s bounty by featuring the freshest in-season ingredients each month in all-new recipes. Discover new ideas in preparing Cincinnati’s freshest flavors. The Farm-to-Table movement has inspired us to bring you new classes on how to prepare fresh food for your family.

If you are familiar with the Food Network show Chopped, this class will bring you a little of that ‘unknown’ quality, and excitement over what new ingredients will be in your produce bag. Ilene will present a full menu based on the items in the bag and teach you how using fresh, seasonal ingredients can kick your cooking “up a notch”!

Each student will take home a bag of the Pipkin’s Market picks featured in the class, value approximately $20, courtesy of Cooks’Wares. Sign up now to discover what’s “in the Bag”

Pipkin’s Market is a farm market located in Montgomery that has established relationships with farmers who sell high quality produce directly to them. Cooks’Wares teams up with Pipkin’s Market to choose the best seasonally available ingredients to create delightful dishes in for these classes.
