DAVID COOK, formerly of the Maisonette Group and most recently owner/Chef of DaVeed's at 934 in Mt. Adams, has opened Daveed’s Next! This enticing new restaurant in the Loveland/Landen area, carries a remake of an established name; it speaks to the latest undertaking of Chef David and Liz Cook. At Daveed’s Next, David applies French technique to American cuisine. And, he doesn't disappoint.

“Fresh, seasonal and local, when possible”, determines the nightly offerings created by Chef David Cook and his team at his newly designed restaurant. David and Liz’ signature traits of relaxed sophistication, superior food, and innovative dining options are not listed on the menu – but they are served with every course.
