"Cooking should be fun, not work", is the motto that COURTNEY RATHWEG goes by. This mother of three beautiful girls loves to create meals that are quick and easy, and that the whole family will enjoy. By using ingredients that are easily stored in your pantry, along with fresh bright flavors, you can make a meal that you are proud to serve to your family, or even guests. Working as the Cooking Assistant at the Settlers' Walk location has made her hunger for culinary adventure even stronger. Courtney's classes are a mix of cooking and comic relief, and no student will leave hungry!
