“A Cook’s Tour through Northern Italy"

Marilyn does everything well in the kitchen! And, she has taught just about everything here at Cooks’Wares over the years, from Southwestern to German to Turkish to name a few. Tonight she will focus on the Emilia-Romagna Region of Italy. Emilia-Romagna is located in Northern Italy and is considered one of the richest and most developed regions in Europe. Marilyn’s menu tonight includes specialty products of the region such as Parmigiano-Reggiano, Pork and Balsamic Vinegar. Be prepared for a delightful dinner!
