KAREN HARMON is the chef/owner of Karen’s Culinary Creations in Dayton, Ohio. She is a graduate of Sinclair Community College with degrees in both Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management and has participated successfully in several culinary competitions sanctioned by the ACF (American Culinary Federation). She has worked in restaurants, and now owns her own business. Karen also bakes and sells her cheesecakes and her granola to local gourmet markets, including Dorothy Lane Market in the Dayton area. She is delighted to join us at Cooks’Wares to share her expertise and enthusiasm.
