YEN HSIEH is a true food professional, with a PhD in Food Science and a long career as a research fellow with Procter and Gamble, as well as FlavorDrive, her own culinary and formulation consulting company. Yen’s expertise covers many cuisines, and she has taught cooking classes in the Cincinnati area and at community colleges in Michigan. Happily, Yen now brings her passion for cooking and teaching to Cooks’Wares.
