Yen is a marvelous teacher, and you will leave with information and confidence to recreate this dinner at home. By this time in the summer the typical summer foods, while lots of fun, have run their course. Tonight's menu will be a welcome change - sophisticated and satisfying. Treat yourself to a special dinner.

Fresh Peas and Prosciutto Cream Sauce over Cavatelli Pasta

Pork Tenderloin Piccata – thin slices of pork - with Lemon and Caper White Wine Sauce

Cooks'Wares is pleased to welcome YEN HSIEH back to our cooking school. Yen is a food professional, with a PhD in Food Science and a long career as a research fellow with Procter and Gamble, as well as her own culinary and formulation consulting company, FlavorDrive. She is an expert in many cuisines, one of them being French. She has taught cooking classes locally at Culinary Sol and at community colleges in Michigan. She took classes with Giuliano Bugialli, many award winning Italian cookbook writer, in Florence, Italy and worked with many other renown chefs while she was with P&G.
