YEN HSIEH is a food professional, with a PhD in Food Science and a long career as a research fellow with Procter and Gamble, as well as her own culinary and formulation consulting company, FlavorDrive. She is an expert in many cuisines, one of them being Asian. She has taught cooking classes locally at Culinary Sol and at community colleges in Michigan. Yen brings her passion for cooking and teaching to Cooks’Wares.
